Grassfed Beef
All of our cattle are raised on grass. Cows are rotationally grazed on pasture and raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids, and added growth hormones.
The choice between grassfed and grainfed beef depends on personal preferences.
We sell both 100% grassfed beef as well as grassfed beef that are given free choice grain in the pasture after learning that the nutritional differences between grassfed and grainfed beef are nominal.

If you are looking for a leaner, more flavorful cut of beef, then 100% grassfed may be a better choice for you. If you prefer a more tender and juicier cut of beef, our grassfed beef given free choice grain may be a better option.
